1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SaltLine Finance ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

SaltLine Finance provides outsourced bookkeeping, controller, CFO advisory, tax preparation, and payroll services for small and medium-sized businesses. Our services are advisory in nature. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide audit, attestation, or assurance services. Our services do not constitute legal or tax advice, and we recommend consulting with a licensed CPA or attorney for such matters.

3. Subscription & Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. This includes bank statements, receipts, invoices, payroll information, and any other financial documents we request. Delays in providing information may result in delays in service delivery. You are responsible for reviewing all financial reports and statements we provide and notifying us of any errors or discrepancies within 30 days.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your written consent. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

SaltLine Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or additional taxes resulting from information you provided that was inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SaltLine Finance and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Financial reports and documents prepared for you are your property upon payment.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with all financial records and documents in our possession. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if payment is not received within 15 days of the due date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
